Identification & development of suppliers capable of manufacturing a critical complex component

Task was to search for UK-based suppliers who potentially have the skill-set, capability and experience to make a critical component for the client. The reliability of the client’s product is dependent on the quality of the hand-crafted component in question. The selected supplier would be highly experienced, possess artisan skills and would be willing to undertake some process development to achieve the necessary repeatability to ensure continued quality.
